By accessing or using the Coupled Up application ("Service") operated by Morai Labs ("Company", "we", "us"), located in Williamson, Georgia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Coupled Up is a content platform that connects to your TikTok account to publish video content on your behalf. The Service requires you to authorize access to your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth process.

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Coupled Up to post video content to your TikTok account on your behalf. You retain full ownership of your content. You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

You are responsible for all content posted through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or third-party rights. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

We collect and store only the data necessary to provide the Service, including TikTok authentication tokens. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee that content will be successfully published to TikTok.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morai Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of content, account suspension, or data loss.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service and revoke TikTok access at any time.
